For the dates of Dec 20th-23rd and 27th-30th, the center will be closing at 6 pm instead of the usual 9 pm and on December 24th and 31st, the center will be closing at 1:30 pm.Aerobic classes will not run those two weeks and will resume after the New Year.I will be on vacation from the 27th to the 30th and will be available for sessions the week before. For those of you who have late afternoon and evening session times, I hope you can find a daytime session time so you won't miss out on those all important workouts to help relieve the stress of the holidays. I will also have available sessions at the Santa Clara studio.
For my Cisco clients,TimeOut is offering the following personal training promotion, so if you are looking for a good holiday gift idea this could be it!
"Buy a personal training gift certificate for a friend or family member, and
receive a $10 off coupon for you!"
You can go through TimeOut for this for any of the trainers, or I can offer you the same promotion as well for my services only. For those of you who aren't part of Cisco's TimeOut, I also have gift certificates available.
Eating Tips to avoid Holiday gain!!
It's never a good idea to skip meals but during the busy holiday season, it can be pretty easy to do this, making you more prone to snacking and eating a lot more than you intend to with all the holiday goodies that are brought into work or at parties.
