"At Cisco's Bike to Work Day in 2007, I was handed a TimeOut discount coupon for a personal training session.  I thought, "What the heck - why not? Maybe it'll help my biking."  I ended up with Kari Tse, who surprised me by pretty much taking my posture apart and putting it back together again, drawing on the Egoscue system and her own prescription of exercises.  She fixed problems I wasn't fully aware that I had, or that I could do anything about.  That hip pain I mentioned, which had bugged me on and off for nearly 20 years?  It's now 99.99% gone, and I feel like I stand an inch taller.  Outside Cisco, my wife, one of my daughters, and one of my sons-in-law all now train with Kari, too.  Our whole family is healthier."

"Kari Tse has been my fitness coach since 2004.  I started working with her at Cisco Systems at the recommendation of Patty Purpur, then CEO of Timeout Services.  After I retired from Cisco in April 2006 I attended her classes for the 50+ crowd at Balanced Motions.  When she had an opening at Balanced Motions I restarted 1-1 sessions with her. 

When I first started working with Kari I could not walk more than a few hundred yards at a time due to severe ankle injuries (too many marathons when I was young).  My doctors had told me that I would likely never recover.  Through a combination of consistent strength, balance, stretching and aerobic work I can now walk several miles at a time with no pain. 

I am grateful to know Kari and recommend her to all!"
