Kari loves the fact that people take time out from their busy schedules to come workout during the day. As part of her personal training services, Kari offers evaluation and design of custom programs for postural alignment. Programs typically include stretches and exercises that address musculoskeletal issues. A key benefit of this is the reduction of pain, allowing you to avoid surgery and/or drugs.
