Kari employs a variety of whole body training methods to keep her sessions interesting and fun, while always moving her clients towards the goal of being fit, functional, and healthy. She also uses plyometric, explosive and sport specific training to help improve balance and coordination in any sport that her clients choose to participate in, even if it just the sport of living! Kari believes in balanced lifestyles and strives to help her clients achieve that in the many aspects of their lives.
